server 2003 as router

server 2003 as router was created by jee

i have a management switch and i created 3 diffrent vlan and added ports to each vlan
in server 2003 i created dhcp server and other server 2003 i am using as routing and remote access (this is used as router ) in router i enable dhcp relay agent .i have 3 diiftrentnetwork
192.168.1.1/24
192.168.2.1/24
192.168.3.1/24
i addedd client to appropriate vlans but client systems could not able to contact dhcp server
please help me on this scenario

Not sure I got the full picture here,
But what I know, is that you need a dhcp relay agent on each subnet that doesn't have a dhcp server. You need also to configure the relay server and the dhcp server to know each other.
Check also for any miss configured firewalls. Disable them if necessary. Can your clients on the same subnet as the dhcp server get dynamic IPs ?
