Windows XP Pro shut down problem

Hey whaddyaknow, I want one of these fancy nightlights meself ! Do they come in deep red ?

I have a Samsung SyncMaster 763DFX which doesn't do this funky stuff under either RH9, Mandrake 9.1, WinXP or 2k.
