Does anyone have any suggestions on how to set up a secure FTP server using Win 2003 server? There are programd costing $39 up to $600+. Any suggestions for Certificate Authority to issue a certificate?
Thanks.

Take a look at this link to use SSH.

For a certificate, we use Thawte as they seemed to be cheap

Wayne,
Thanks for the link. However, I believe the set up is for enabling a Win box to act as a SFTP server on a domain. We are looking for setting up a secure FTP on the DMZ, where the people accessing the server do not have to use active directory to authenticate. The FTP server will be given a public IP.
