Hi,

Is there any way we can set email alerts when someone tries to share our computers drive(C:, D:) etc.?

Only thing i could think of is that some HIDS systems my be able to ? Are you in an Active Directory Environment ? I know you can get GPO to check file permissions, etc... but not sure about shares. It may be worth looking because then you can atleast make sure if someone does set them, they are removed.
