DNS problem

HI guys........

my problem is unfortunatly i deleted the ldap,tcp and msdsc in DNS..actually this machine is domain controller..now i tried to install DNS freshly but i m not getting ldap and msdsc...now no user can able to login(all are roaming profiles) and not able to add new system to domain.what should i do to get that services back???
