Export/Import mail from ISP's server to Exchange 2007

Anyone have a suggestion on the best method to get the mail off the ISP's mail server on to my internal Exchange server?

Currently, some users manage mail with Outlook 2003. I assume there is a way that I can import the .pst?

What about the users that connect only through a web-based interface? I have heard of programs such as IMAPsize (something like that) that has the ability to connect and download the mail.

What would be the best approach?

If you're talking Exchange 2003 and below, Exmerge will do the job for the users with Outlook PSTs. For those using Web Access, you could either use Outlook to download the mail to PSTs or use IMAPSize to directly transfer the mail between IMAP servers (assuming you've enabled IMAP on your Exchange server). For Exchange 2007, Exmerge is not officially supported but has been known to work.

Yes, I am using Exchange 2007.

Any ideas other than Exmerge for 2007?
