Netstat Blocked on ISA was created by Dove
Hi All
I am using NETSTAT command to find the Port number which is used by a specific websites. But recently in my office they have installed ISA - Proxy. After this I am getting only Proxy server IP while doing Netstat -n instead of the websites connection detail. Our Security team told that as we are going through the proxy it will be like this.
Please help me is there is any other possiblity to find out the website using port numbers..? just like netstat..
Please give me a idea on this..
Thanks in Advance.

Your security team is correct. The whole point of a proxy server is that it proxies the connection therefore you talk with the proxy and the proxy gets the requests.
No way around this for outgoing traffic. However, incoming is a different story, in ISA 2004 upwards, you can make the incoming web/server publishing be seen to either come from the ISA or from the actual requesting device.
