I'm having trouble with the sound notification, on Outlook 2003. I go into control panel -> sounds and the correct sound .wav is selected. I can press the play button and it plays normal.
The problem is when I receive any mail messages from internal or extrenal users, I don't get the message notification .wav file. I get the chord.wav played. I tried to change what .wav is played, but it does not matter I still get the chord.wav when ever I get a new message.
