I am trying to connect to a compaq presario 1070 laptop computer.
I am using a 4 bit parallel cable. Wiring diagram for my cable checks
out from this site. I am confused about the wire shown at the bottom of the diagram. Wire going from male pins. Also, what computer settings should I change. I made a serial cable with no
problems.
