I dont know if you had noticed before but on more recent games you see "games for windows" Does this mean that they are no longer doing MAC or linux compatable versions?

Haven't seen it. It's probably just a marketing trick; to make it "more apparent to the consumer" that it will work with their OS. I work as tech support, and sometimes I ask customers what OS they're running and they don't know, so I'm guessing that the "made for windows" is suppose to make it easier for the customer to decide to buy it or not.

It's kinda like how newer computers (from what I've seen, from Dell and HP) say that they come with "Genuine Windows Vista," as if it's gonna come with a non-genuine Windows OS. I view that as a marketing trick.
