I haven't got any more of those dns errors they were pretty heavy but now im not getting any. Im also not getting in directory service errors either now. I basically un intergrated them from AD allowed dynamic updates then stoped the dns service and started it again. I also stoped and started the netlogon service and reloaded the zones after that I re intergrated them back into AD and all of the errors have went away also AD searches seem to move noticeably faster now.Who ever set this dns server up before I got here must have not knows what he was doing.

I was going to say it sounds more like some sort of permissions problem for the Active Directory Integrated Zones.

Glad its all sorted
