Hi fella, when does this error occur ? Is it straight away on book or is it when you try to run Outlook or Word ? Can you tried a repair of MS Office ?

Cheers

Hi there,

I would say its probably wise to do a total system rebuild. It would probably be quicker and safer as you don't know how much hassel its going to cause you in the future should anything be partly installed or drivers/install files corrupt due to the different restores, etc....

I would also take a look through this thread which i have described how to Image a machine to ensure a quick return (within around 10/15 mins usually).
