mswinsck.ock Error

Dear All,

I am trying to install Kiwi Syslog Server after installing i am getting following errort saying that

DLL Error : mswinsck.ock

also downloaded the same file and installed in c:/windows/system32 but still i am not able to run kiwi syslog server

OS is win 2003 sever standard edition.

Please help in this issue coz i need to finish this job before my audit comes .
