Hi all,
Does anyone know of any tools which would remove a users' profile and replace it with a brand new one.
thanks in advance.

If you want to get rid of the profile totally and create a new unrelated profile, you can use XP's built-in tools.
Login as the Administrator (or any other user apart from the user you wish to delete with Admin rights)
1. Right-click on the "My Computer" icon.
2. Select "Properties" and choose the "Advanced" tab.
3. Select "Settings" under "User Profiles"
4. Select the profile and click on the Delete button.
5. You can then create a new user in using the "User Accounts" Control Panel applet.

Yup, best way as it should clean up the registry also.

Yea I seem to have to do this from time to time on terminal servers. Some accounts get "messed up" users can't login or cannot delete desktop or my docs even though they have full access. When they cannot login they get this error and the profile can be fixed by using this tool.
