hi,
the command devmgmt.msc brings up the device manager on your computers. you are missing the .msc bit from the entire command. this brings up another question.
why do you want to run device manager from command line when you can access that interface from two other places?
1) right click on MY Computer on your desktop, go to the Hardware tab, and then click on the Device Manager button.
2) open up the Run dialog box, and type in devmgmt.msc and press enter on your keyboard. device manager will run
3) right click on My Computer, click on Manage, and then click on the Device Manager option on the left hand side of the new window that comes up.

one more this, when you have to add another question to your own forum you can do it in two ways:
1) all your posts will have an edit button which you can use to Edit your posts i.e. add or remove content
2) just make a new post in the existing forum.
i can't see the reason why you keep on opening another completely new forum just to add a new update. this not only clutters the forum management, but also creates confusion, because the second forum that you generate has got no details about what you need to no. hence the second forum is rendered completely useless. i am sure you will avoid doing so in the future. this will help you in getting questions answered, as all your questions regarding a single topic will be stored under a single forum, instead of being scattered all over the website.
