[Help] all user can't login to server (windows 2003)

hey guys newbie need help here (*CS mode) :)
i have upgrade my server from NT.4 to windows 2003 server
i've configure all (AD,DNS,WINS etc)
but there's some problem a lot client can't login ( i use win98 for client) error said : there are currently no login servers available to service to logon request or domain password is not connect or access to logon server has been denied or no domain

but sometimes some user can login to server and else don't. i have 45 people in network

plz guys all people in office can't work :( should i go back to NT :?

did you have service pack 5 installed on your NT 4 before you started the upgrade? that is a prerequisite

i dont upgrade acttually but i clean insstallation
format HD and install 2003 server

do i must install another thing or any hidding setting that i dont know

Most probably is the Windows Clients side. Please try on a few machines to apply those hotfixes. For more details refer to the link

are you making sure you are following the WINS laws of only 16 characters etc? Have you tried XP/2000 machines do they connect?
