Because of the way the UFS-like filesystems (like ext3) arrange data, fragmentation is not an issue under normal circumstances. So there are not too many relative tools around, as fragmentation is a little more than just a theoritical pointer. Still you may find some if you make a search in www.sf.net and www.freshmeat.net/
Anyway, I recommend you don't trouble yourself with defragmenting an ext3 or reiserfs partition, but if you want to for some reason, you can be sure that the job will be done whatever tool you find, as it is a simple job.
