Hi, I use VMWare 4.5.1 running Linux Redhat 9 (Guest) WinXP (Host).

I want to get the VMWare install of Redhat onto a normal HardDrive so i can use it as a normal Linux install and not have to use VMWare.

Is it possible and how would i do it?

Regards

Nope, I dont think you'll find a way to convert your VMWare image to a full harddisk install. you coulda set that up at the beginning when you chose 'create virtual disk' as opposed to 'use physical hard disk'..

If you want to use Linux, why not just dual-boot it with your XP ? Its a very very clean simple procedure and it runs great -- I use it on this box here.

Cheers
