What kind of setup do you need - xorg.conf? I have fully running X windows with kde, but I am interested how can I run second instance of X under xterm.

I think the way to do it is to switch to a new display and start up another session of X windows.

This is trivial solution and I know how to do that. I know how to get several X window instances on different vty. The question is how get 2 instanes of X window in one sesion, one from vty and secon one in xterm.

I'm not sure I understand what you are trying to do, do you want to have an X11 screen output on an xterm window? If so, that is not possible because xterm only understands text.
If you want to start a new X session with it's screen output on an X window of some other X session, you have to use something like xnest .
