Id "mo" respawning too fast.. WHAT IS THIS?

everything was on chaos until i learned about fdisk. with fdisk i could be able to view the existing devices like the /dev/hdax and partitions to be mounted. now i could be able to view all my files on that hdisks. now i am making a backup of all the files and reinstalling linux where to restore it again.

i did boot first from Universal Boot CD. i chose basic linux. with the help of a book and googling, i discovered that with "fdisk -l" command i can view /dev/hdxx, and from there i got an idea what dev i should mount, then everything came smoothly.
