HI,
while working around directories on my linux box ( slackware 10.1 kernel 2.4.25 KDE 3.3), I deleted the /opt directory. so kde won't start again !! I want to know if there is a quick way to ger back to a working KDE again ? I am lazy enough to re- install the whole thing again !! so any help would be appreciated !
Thanks for all

If you deleted it, it's gone. I'd assume you have to reinstall anything that had important files there.
