Asterisk with Intel modem

ok i got the solution....Only Intel ambient MD3200 Modem can be used as a FXO port ..My asterisk is working perfectly now.

hi taqqi salam i m haz plz if u have configured modem md3200 with asterisk can u tell me guidelines.i m using trixbox and i have intel ambient chipsetMD3200 modem.but i dont know how to configure or use it as FXO card.if u will help i shall be very thankful to u
