can i install mac on my clone PC now or i have to use VM
Also , is mac OS downloadable

There are a lot of guides on how to do it online. There is even a company, Psystar (they got into a lot of trouble with Apple), that sells Mac clones.

I haven't tried it myself but have seen successful installations on PCs.
