Best payroll solution for 150000 employees

please i will like to know the best and perfect payroll solution that can process employees payrolls, track tax withholding, vacation time, over time, leave and if possible loan management. and be accessed online
The no of employees are up to 150000.
while searching on the web, i saw en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intuit but i will like to see another software solution offering the same service.

any suggestions coupled with experience will be highly appreciated.
