By broadcasting internet service wirelessly I mean student will be using their laptops to access the portal server using wireless hotspot or access point

Hi Sose. Ok got the idea.
For a wireless internet service here's some salient features to go for:
1. What type of AP you are going to need. Agree on a number of AP, the range you want to achieve.
2. Agree on the number of IP addresses to be released via DHCP
3. You might even want to register each student's laptop's MAC address and activate Address filtering so that non - student's do not abuse the wireless connectivity.
That's all I can think off right now.
