I wanted to get everyone's input on tech resume's...

Any general tips?
Do people put logos on their resumes? Like MCSE or CCNA?
Where should I list my certifications? Currently, I placed them under education with my normal schooling, but I read on a site that I should add a different section for them.

Thoughts?
