I think they block ICMP anyway

I'm having the same problem here in Greece. I'm not able to access Cisco.com since early this morning.

I'm guessing they must be under some type of Dos Attack;

http service to Cisco.com was very sporadic for me yesterday. I spent quiet a bit of time searching for some documentation on the website yesterday and it was pretty much a hit or miss for me most of the day.
