Recorded Voice Attachment

In a particular textiles portal in which Iam a member has a unique facility - attaching recorded voice message for my clients to hear and in turn they respond by attaching their recorded voice message.

I want this feature for my website www.vinith.com . Is it possible? If so Who is offering this service and at what cost?
