You say u wnt to control your WAN link speed ......me as confused as sahir.. did u mean that u want to monitor it ...or do you really want to control it ....hmmmm.. i have an idea

If u wanna increase it.... 3 methods

1. Neighbour does not utilize his bandwidth completely ...u can help him..

2. Your connection is being managed by a beautiful lady at the service provider's end.Take her out for a movie..

3. Highly Recommended.......

Pay more and get ur connection upgraded....... 8)

U wanna decrese ur bandwidth ....very simple......

Relpace your existing wires with the worst ones u can find.. Amazing drops u'll get ....

Just kidding mate ........ If ur looking for a bandwidth monitoring software , try MRTG or PRTG ( Windows ver.)

Control broadband speed as in you actually want to make it slower ?
or you want quotas ?
or you want to make it faster ?

I installed cablemodem from the only company that reaches my house (again sounds crazy). I am supposed to be connected at 512kbps, but i'm sure sth is wrong here, and the "first month is
That was why i was asking for a program that can measure my connection speed.

Thanks
