My new toy. was created by Nevins

I just got this for my router lab:

rj45 data transfer switch

It makes switching between console ports SOOO much easier. (yes I know about telnet but telnet is only useful AFTER you make minimal configurations)

I'm happy best $7.50 that I've spent in a while.

Simple and effective Nevins, really cheap too!!. I've been searching for such a thing and never got one. I finally got a PortServer II, pretty advanced piece with ethernet and 16 console ports. Comparatively low price, but NOT as low as yours!!
