Windows Port Forwarding

Very handy, but it didn't solve my problem, I want to make internal PAT on a Windows 2003 Server, the Net is like this:
[Internet]->[Bridge/Proxy]->[Windows 2003]->[Switch]->clients
Where the proxy actually is a Squid running as a transparent, in a FreeBSD box, but since it can't see the local IP's (10.0.0.1/24) I want to make a PAT on Windows (which has ICS enabled) to actually redirect all incoming traffic on the LAN iface to the proxy machine (10.0.0.1) at port 3128.
I know it's possible to make the other way around (from the public iface), but I have no clue on how to make it from the lan iface.
Thanks.

I just registered at this site to say
THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!
You have saved me weeks of headache.
I can now say goodbye to VMware's shitty port forwarding and Windows's garbage connection sharing!
You and this program have saved my life!
Thanks again,
Synthetic
