Netvibes.com is as pageflakes a sort of startpage.
But the beauty of it is that you can add links, scripts
and other kinds of widgets. It is also much easier than Google's startpages that are also much more limited.
to give you an idea here is already an example of a bunch of
netvibes.com widgets that can be used by people who pose here
questions as how to do a traceroute, what to find from an ip address

You will need tabbased browsing to be able to work simultaneously
on the different tools that will each open in a new tab.
Nothing so cool as running a few traceroutes, dns time test, ping
and portscan at the same time from different locations
On my netvibes I have organised them in tabs as
dns, whois, ping, spam, virus, ports etc....
I haven't put the hundred of good links public
but I maybe interested to exchange it for a VIP or other access
