srry, im not able to view ur labs thru my company pc coz of web filtring & all.

but i want 2 know one thing that,are you able to create the subinterfaces in PT??
coz i ws using PTv5.0 & not able to create em!!

Yes, subinterfaces works with me in PT. You might wana explain what error are you getting to help you further.

Did you try to create it on a serial interface? it has to be an Ethernet or Fastethernet interface. Some thing like this:

[code:1]Router(config)# interface fa0/0.1[/code:1]

Will send the files to your email too.

why it can't create it on serial interfaces?? is there any limitation on PT?

Yes, it seams as there is indeed a limitation in PT. I just created a sub interface (Serial0/0.1) on a real 3620 router. It worked OK.

yes, it always works on real router.
This PT thing has got many limitations.
Have you tried GN3 its far ahead den any other simulator??
It runs on actual bootable IOS file :shock:
