This is because passwords and ospf have not been implemented and because there seems to be a bug with isdn.

Where camI go to download the Preview and the Final versions? ( I am not a Cisco Networking Academy student.)

You can get packet tracer 4 from your Cisco Academy Instructors, they can download from the instructor forums, and then distribute to the class.

It is NOT for public posting but for Academy classes only.
