i want to connect my two computers using a hub, but i don't have the cash to buy one.
Can anyone of u tell me if it is possible to make one.

Hubs are extremely cheap these days. You can buy yourself a 4 port hub for less than $35US dollars. If your after the more advanced hubs with features e.t.c then your looking at a lot more.
Making your own hub is possible, but finding the schematics for one and the parts is a different story [img]images/smiles/icon_smile.gif[/img]
Anyone got any hub schematics lying around ?

Well, since only two computers are involved, all that's needed is a cross-over cable. Even cheaper than a hub, or you can make your own:
