I was somewhat cofused as to understanding what exactly it is that your asking.
You have a Class B network 156.1.0.0 and you have been given 8 subnets: which ones ? What's the subnetmask for the class B network your given?
When you ask "whats the best way to approach this" what exactly do you mean ?
