Nope that is a single cat 5 cable to be used as a trunk line between campus buildings in a distance well over the suggested 300ft.

I don't hve a picture unfortunately but in one job I had to maintain the network at a third-party site. This place was basically a ramshackle site with a main building and a series of huts across a car park. Thin ethernet coax ran from the main building out to each hut suspended from overhead telephone wires. Some of the runs were well over 185 metres and the rian kept getting into the fittings. Nasty.
