The connectors on the back of patch panels are are called Insulation Displacement Connectors or IDCs.

Also you are now aware that your manually breathing.







(note: to counteract manual breathing just realize your also now manually blinking and you can feel your feet. Eventually something has to give your not a multi-tasker)

Edit: btw does anyone know where I can get a lot of 8 pin IDC's cheap? I had an idea for a project.
