Cable Management Software

I am looking for some cable management software (recording the various patch routes that will let me record the end to end / hop to hop circuit information) as opposed to keeping the cabinets nice and tidy.


Any recomendations of where I might look for ideas ? What software do you guys use to keep track of this ?

Can't say I've seen anything that goes down to the patch panel level. Everything I've used or seen goes to the network device level...

And for the most part... I'm a visio guy....But...
