Some NIC's will allow you to Team them. Its something that you will need to check with the NIC's if this can be done.
As already pointed out, the issue you have with multiple IP addresses on a single host is that it usually uses a single IP Address to send the returning traffic.
As someone said, this can be changed through the routing table but it won't really be of any use unless you have subnets that are using specific Cards that you can then send the traffic through (which is probably not the case).
If you do have different subnets within your organisation, you can split the traffic in that manor but this will also depend on careful routing (and multiple routers to ensure that the traffic is destined to differnet NIC's).
Its much simpler to upgrade the NIC to 1gig.

Yeah the upgrade to the Gig has always been my preferred method but like is say the Directors dragging his heels with all weird and complicated solutions when the obvious is hitting him up the face. If he keeps this up much longer i feel it wont be the only thing hitting him up the face
Thanks for your replys.

Absolutely, Just don't forget that the other side of the cable (switch/router side) will have to be connected to a Gig interface too.
