Internet Speed Test

A bit if a sore point with me at the moment. I'm currently experiencing serious problems with a backup DSL service that I recently had installed. It's a 2Mbps DOWN/448Kbps UP service but it maxes out at 127Kbps DOWN/11Kbps UP. The ISP is now patronising me by asking me to run tests between 12 midnight and 7am (as if the abysmal speeds could be anything to do with internet traffic loads)

venkat20, what is the declared speed that you paid? And what does the speed test shows you?
