wifi captive portal was created by pedenski
oh god, i missed this forum
been months since i last checked. anyway...
im planning to set a wifi captive portal in a small office, where; guests/employees will be directed to a portal page.
employees can/must enter a user pass
guests will be generated by a random code and use it to access the internet
both profiles are configurable (e.g BW capping)
any suggestions how i can proceed on this project?
thanks.

Hey pedenski,
If you don't essentially need the personalized user accounts + bandwith management, a wlan router with "guest wifi" function / multiple wifi should work just fine. Then you can give the pass for the internal wifi only to employees.
If this does not fit your needs, search for hotel wifi solutions. These should definately match your criteria, but will be more expensive.
hope this could give you a slight approach.
