Hi,
1. First, plz check whether you are using wireless card software
2. To find the wireless card software go to start/all program
3. open the software and disable it
4. later, follow the steps provided by Arani
5. under WZC (wireless zero configuation) select Recovery tab
select > First failure, second failure, subsequent failures to "Restart the service"
6. Tried connecting thru windows
7. once connected, you will be able to go online - wireless
8. Restart the computer and check are you able to go online
Note: If your w/l card software is installed, if you restart the computer, software will take a control. and you will be trying to go online with windows: then the problem starts.
I tired, its work.
