D-Link -access point & cisco switch problem

Hi all pls this is my question

I have worked expansion of our the network, through the access point, the first(D-Link -access point) in the main office and the second access point at the place I want to link network, I linked the second access point to Cisco switch, I can get dhcp service from domain controller in the main office, but the connection between the access point and Cisco switch is disconnected after less than two minutes, this problem can't appear when I connect my Pc Direct to access point, what can I do solve this problem?

Not sure what do you mean by disconnected. Are leds turned off or you can't ping something ? Can you elaborate more, an image/diagram will help.

How is everything connected together?
