Is this a good overclock?

I got my 2400 AMD Athlon at 2.8ghz with 2.2v

Obviously it s a good overclock saying it like that...but there are lot of variables in an Overclock to say that it is good or bad....for example...ur Final Frequency is Great for being a 2400+ that is like 2Ghz Default, in the frecuency u can take how much bus u had and how much Bus u got then of the overclock...but there u have to put lot of attention to the PCI/AGP Frecuencies...then the Temperature i would like to see what Temps u get when u run Hot CPU, and also Try Stabilty with the Prime95.

Just 2 Things more...i wanna know Your Mother, Your Memories and with what u refrigerate the micro...Unless u use Phase Change, Liquid Nitrogen i think it s very very hard a 2400+ Common get that frecuence, the 2400 Mobile also is very hard to get that far imagine urs...

before u answer mi and put proofs like a screenshot or something like that i wont believe you.
