Video selection

My question is about video cards. I am getting ready to buy a new laptop, and my options for purchase are limited. I am in need of something that can handle high grahics demands(for gaming). My 2 options 1. has a Ge Force 5200 with 64mb of dedicated memory 2. has ATI 9000 IGP 128mb shared. Iam looking for suggestions on which one would be better.

Wow, tough choice. Do you go with the 64mb video card which is fast becoming outdated in the gaming world? or Do you go with 128mb video card (shared) <---ouchy?

The shared memory means that you will be using the cpu as well as RAM to process some of your graphics which may worse off than having the lesser RAM.

My choice...go with 128mb nonshared memory...hahaha, sorry.

I guess you are better off going with the shared if you have lots of memory and fast cpu.
