have try 2 press Ctrl + Alt+ Del but there is no reply....its yield no result. i can see that the processor doesnt have enough capacity 2 run d program becos everytin is onboad...

Since it worked with another mother board this can indicate a hardware problem with the other mother board. If those boards are identical clones, then it's a bit strange, because a faulty mother wouldn't normally even boot!! Unless I'm missing some thing here.
I'd try to first blow the mother board with a blower to get rid of any dust.
Another thing, did you surface scan the hard drive, It could be a bad cluster. To scan it, boot from the Windows CD, when the options come, press "C" to go to the Recovery Console. When you get the command prompt, type:
chkdsk c: /R
The process will take some time to complete.

then i now remove the hard disk and use another board to load the hard disk then the hard disk work perfectly with the system..PLEASE REPLYYYYYYY...
