need help plz

ok so i am only 14 and in only in CST going into Cisco 1 next year(just felt like saying that) but i have a question i got a new acer laptop a extensa 5420 2 weeks ago and every time i unplug it and then plug it back in to charge it it alwasy like shuts off my wireless,Ethernet...any help with fixing that would be great thx and sorry for bag grammer

Might have to tweak your power management settings as these may turn certain networking functions off if the laptop is turned on when not connected to the mains.
