My pc restarted unauthorized & then displayed an error message
Error Signature
BCCode : 1000000a BCP1 : 00000166 BCP2 : 00000002 BCP3 : 00000000
BCP4 : 804E59C3 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 256_1
Then the error report was send to the microsoft & in the online help it
suggested
"Product no longer supported: contact manufacturer

Recommendations

Can U give me a suggestion to overcome this problem,I want to exactly know
whether the problem is with the hardware(HDD.Motherboard,or the processor) or
the drivers installed

I'm assuming that you saw one of those boxes that has the "send/don't send" boxes. I'm also assuming that you have an Intel-based computer hardware device.
If this is the first time you've seen this specific error and you are unable to replicate it, then I would just ignore the error, might have been a glitch. If you can replicate it the same way every time, then try uninstalling the driver and getting a more up to date driver for the device, or try to see if Windows has one for you.
