Mp3 Firmware

I just bought a Goodmans Mp3 player-GMP313 and it does not display well (it own display). If u have experienced this before or have a solution to it, please help me!!! . If u know how I can get the firmware (or operating system )for the MP3, I would not mind. thanx all

Usually with MP3 players you can only do two things to try to resolve any problem the player may have: format or upgrade the firmware. The firmware can be downloaded from the manufacturer's website. I tried to do some research but couldn't find anything on it, nor could I find the manufacturer's website. In this case, contact the manufacturer.

Consumer electronic specific forums do exist. In such a forum, the users would be able to tell you more information.
